Libraries hall, room and promotional space hire

Merton Libraries have a range of halls, rooms and promotional spaces for hire. These facilities are ideal for; meetings, exhibitions, training, exercise classes, community activities and much more.

All library halls and rooms have access to; Wi-Fi, toilet facilities, tables and chairs. Additional facilities are available to hire including; microphone, flipchart and projector and screen.  

Library halls and rooms are available to hire from 9am - 11pm, 7 days a week. Prices start from £22 per hour. 

All of our libraries are available to hire out of hours. 

Raynes Park Library Hall

This large carpeted hall is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and ample parking located onsite. This venue can hold up to 60 people standing or seated. 

Wimbledon Library Activity Areas

Activity area A is suitable for meetings, classes and talks. Prices start from £22 per hour.

Activity area B can accommodate 8 to 10 people for meetings, small group classes, interviews and 1:1 sessions. Prices start from £22 per hour.

Promotional Space Hire

All seven libraries have promotional space available to hire. Attracting more than 1.1 million visitors per year, Merton libraries are the ideal place to promote your organisation. Prices start from as little as £20 per hour.
