Do you love reading? Do you enjoy discussing books? Then come along to one of the reading groups in the borough's libraries.

Colliers Wood Library

Colliers Wood Book Club

Love reading and chatting about books over a cuppa? This monthly book group meets on the last Tuesday of each month from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

Colliers Wood Poetry Circle

Come along and read your own poetry or your favourite poem. We also have informal discussions about poetry. This monthly group meets on the last Thursday of each month from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.

Mitcham Library

Children's Reading Group

The group is on the first and third Friday of the month from 5.30pm to 6.30pm for children aged from 7 to 11 years.

Morden Library

The Morden Library Reading Group

The group meets at 3pm on a Saturday every month in the Junior Library on the ground floor of the library. Please contact the library on 020 8545 4040 or view the events calendar to find out the next meeting date.

Raynes Park Library

Write Afresh

Write Afresh is a creative writing, reading and discussion group for people who have used the mental health system. It is held every Tuesday morning from 1pm-3pm. To join, just come along to the library and ask for George Macgillivray.

West Barnes Library

West Barnes Reading Club

Join our Reading Club that takes place monthly on a Thursday at 6.15pm at the Library. We discuss the previous month's read and hear about the readers views on the book. All are welcome! Book Reading Club

The book reading club for children is held monthly on a Saturday from 11.00am to 12 noon at West Barnes Library. Speak to a member of staff for further details on how to join or future meeting dates.
