Friends of Raynes Park Library

Formed in July 2005, The Friends' aim is to support the London Borough of Merton in its efforts to continually improve the education and leisure facilities at Raynes Park Library.
The Friends are mandated to promote and raise the profile of the Library and the Meeting Room, organise activities and events of local and community interest, raise and donate funds to be used for the benefit of the Library and attract new Library and Friends members.  It plays an important part in making the Library a vibrant part of the local community.

At an Extraordinary General Meeting on Tuesday 4 December 2014, it was decided by vote that the Friends of Raynes Park Library would be disbanded.

Current Friends members will still be able to take advantage of their three free audio visual loans (which include DVDs or audio books) and three free reservations at Raynes Park Library until the end of their subscription year.

The library would like to thank the past and current administration for all of their help over the years.
