Free Film Screening of Bromley's Social History Lady Swimming

London's Screen Archives presents a free, Dementia-Friendly screening featuring specially curated clips of archive films designed to inspire reminiscence, highlighting the social history of Bromley & key national events of the 20th Century. The screening will end with a chance for people to share stories and conversation.

Dementia Friends sessions: Information events

All welcome to a free Dementia Friends session during Dementia Awareness Week, 2017.

This informal information session is open to anyone wishing to learn about Dementia and how your small actions can make a difference for people living with Dementia in your community.

The session is interactive and delivered in a relaxed and informal environment. No prior knowledge is required.

An Evening with best-selling author S.J.Parris

 

Join us to celebrate Cityread London at this FREE event! S.J.Parris shares her passion for Elizabethan history and talks about her series of C16th historical thrillers. Bromley Libraries hold a reading group for the visually impaired at Central Library, Bromley at 10.30-11.30 am on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. Are you interested in writing? Whether you are a budding or flourishing poet, short story writer or working on your novel, this is for you.
