Covid-19 – Reopening of libraries
We are safely reopening our libraries following closures due to Covid-19.
All Libraries have now reopened. The first floor at Central Library and the Local Studies and Archives Centre will remain closed for the time being.
Find out more about which services will be available and the restrictions that will be in place when we reopen on the Covid-19 Updates page.
You can view a short video which explains how the restrictions work.
Upper Belvedere Community Library is a friendly local library run by the Eco Communities with support from London Borough of Bexley. The library is in Woolwich Road next to the Pop-in-Parlour and Belvedere Recreation Ground. Bus number 99 stops nearby and number 401 stops in Belvedere a short walk away. There is a small car park at the front of the library.
Although managed by Eco Communities, the library is continuing to use the Council's library system, meaning that customers can continue to use their existing library cards to borrow, return, renew or request books and other items at the library.
