Bexley Local Studies and Archive Centre – Tier 4 closure

Bexley libraries will be closed from Monday 21 December, due to new Tier Four restrictions that are being introduced to control the spread of Covid-19. As a result, appointments to visit the Local Studies and Archive Centre will be suspended.

Libraries and the Local Studies and Archive Centre will remain closed for general access until further notice.

Local Studies and Archives

Bexley Local Studies and Archives Centre is located on the first floor at Central Library in Bexleyheath and holds the archival material for the borough of Bexley. Visit the centre to research the history of your family, house, street, district, famous Bexley people, landmarks and events, or for help if you are working on a school or college project.
