Bexley Local Studies and Archives Centre

Bexley Local Studies and Archives Centre re-opening

Appointments will be available at 2pm, 3pm and 4pm for up to 30 minutes only on two days a week.

Appointments will be on Wednesdays and Saturdays one week and Tuesdays and Thursdays the next week. Each appointment will be limited to 30 minutes and must be made in advance. Appointments can be made by emailing or calling 020 3045 3779.

Only one document may be consulted during each appointment. This will need to be requested at least one week in advance of the booking. Unfortunately, browsing of material or requests for additional documents will not be possible at the present time.

Safety measures will be the same as those for libraries which are available further up the page. This includes the wearing of a face covering for the duration of your visit. Centre staff will also wear a mask when assisting customers. Surfaces will be cleaned by staff before and after each customer’s visit.

Staff will still be available to help customers remotely.
