Bexley Local Studies and Archive Centre to reopen

From 21 June, the Bexley Local Studies and Archive Centre will be re-opening on an appointment-only basis.

Appointments will be available on Monday to Thursday and every other Saturday from 2pm to 5pm. Appointment must be booked a week in advance and the documents required requested at the time of booking. To make an appointment, please email Archives@bexley.gov.uk or call 020 3045 3779.

Local Studies and Archives

Bexley Local Studies and Archives Centre is located on the first floor at Central Library in Bexleyheath and holds the archival material for the borough of Bexley. Visit the centre to research the history of your family, house, street, district, famous Bexley people, landmarks and events, or for help if you are working on a school or college project.
