Bexley Literary Festival

Book Buzz 2019

Book Buzz - Bexley’s second Literary Festival – will be taking place from 16 February to 2 March 2019.

We have put together a packed programme of events and activities across the fortnight. There is something for everyone – adults, children, teens and families.

We’ll have storytellers, theatre performances, animation and drama workshops, and lots of craft sessions for children to enjoy over half term. Look out for visits from special guests such as Peter Rabbit, Maisy Mouse and Kipper too.

For adults, we will be having visits from best-selling authors including Stella Duffy, Lindsey Davis, Mike Gayle, David Hewson, Jean Fullerton, Alison Weir, Charlie Connelly, Stuart Clark and Nick Barratt. The celebrated poet, Wendy Cope will also be coming along.

There will also be workshops on creative writing, film-making and how to get published plus much more.
