We are thrilled to be welcoming many authors including Elly Griffiths, Ben Aaronovitch, Andrew Cartmel, James Swallow, Alison Weir, Nick Barratt, Jacky Hyams, Christy Lefteri, Elaine Everest, Mark Billingham and Dorothy Koomson. We also have some fascinating non-fiction talks and workshops some of which are being held in some amazing places around the borough so look out for events at Hall Place, The Exchange, Lesnes Abbey, Danson House and Crossness Engines Trust.
Highlights for children include Nick Arnold’s “Horrible Science Show” which is back by popular demand, comic illustration workshops from Kev Sutherland, animal handling from the Wiggly Wild Show, visits from author Joseph Coelho and interactive code breaking from Bletchley Park’s Tom Briggs. We also have storytelling, drama workshops, theatre shows, robotics workshops, a mobile planetarium and comedy poetry so there is something for everyone.
