Bexley Village Community Library, a community library since 2012, from 2017, is now run as a friendly local library & community hub by the successful Bostall Library Community Group with support from London Borough of Bexley.
As part of the Bostall Community Library Group, it operates its own membership scheme and stock that is separate from the Council Library Service and customers need a membership card for Bexley Village Community Library. As part of the group this also gives them the benefit of access to Bostall Community Library stock and services.
Situated on the junction of Bourne Road/ Thanet Road & Albert Road there has been a library here since 1899. Bus numbers 229, B12,132 stop nearby and there is short stay parking bays and local car park, with some on street parking (restrictions 10-11am).
