Reading Groups in Merton LibrariesDo you love reading? Do you enjoy discussing books? Then come along to one of the reading groups in the borough's libraries. Donald Hope LibraryBranch Out Adult Reading GroupBranch Out is a small and friendly 'Get into Reading' Group. The group meets every Tueday from 10.30 to 11.30am to read stories, books and poems aloud over tea and coffee. All adults are welcome to join in and there is no pressure to read or talk, you can just sit back, relax and listen to someone read the story. Donald Hope Book ClubLove reading and chatting about books over a cuppa? This monthly book group meets on the last Tuesday of each month from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Mitcham LibraryChildren's Reading GroupThe group is on the first and third Friday of the month from 5.30pm to 6.30pm for children aged from 7 to 11 years. Morden LibraryThe Morden Library Reading GroupThe group meets at 3pm on a Saturday every month in the Junior Library on the ground floor of the library. Raynes Park LibraryWrite AfreshWrite Afresh is a creative writing, reading and discussion group for people who have used the mental health system. It is held every Tuesday morning from 10.30am-12.20pm. To join, just come along to the library and ask for Ann Vaughan Williams. Raynes Park Library Reading GroupCome and meet the group to discuss your favourite book, have a cup of tea and make new friends! The Reading Group meets on the second Thursday of every month from 5pm to 6:30pm in the Raynes Park Library Hall. West Barnes LibraryWest Barnes Reading ClubJoin our Reading Club that takes place monthly on a Thursday at 6.15pm at the Library. We discuss the previous month's read and hear about the readers views on the book. All are welcome!
