Friends of West Barnes LibraryMembers of the local community have come together to establish a Friends Group aimed at supporting the library and preventing the proposed closure of the library on Mondays with effect from July 2011. The group also seeks to extend the reach of the library within the community by encouraging use of the facilities locally.
