Events and activities

Teenage reading groups

Reading, writing and drama workshops for 11-15-year-olds – come along, make new friends and find something really great to read. Our TRGs are currently being held at:

• Sydenham Library

• Wavelengths Library.

Film and karaoke

Manor House, Downham and Forest Hill libraries all have 52" screens with surround sound. Contact them to find out more about public screenings of great films and our popular sing-along nights

New manga clubs

Destination Downham

There’s lots going on at Downham Library – from street dance to fashion design. You can sharpen up your soccer skills, write and record your own ring tone, even make a film.
