Library facilities
The libraries in the borough of Lewisham offer a wide selection of services. These include lending books for adults, young people and children, large print and talking books, CDs, videos, DVDs, CD-ROMs and Playstation software, study areas and homework support plus photocopying facilities. All libraries have a free internet service and free wi-fi and there are learning centres in three libraries, plus a resource centre for computer training. You can use this site to search the catalogue for all Lewisham stock available in our libraries and stock that you can borrow from our partner libraries across London. We also have a well-stocked reference library and Local History and Archives Centre, with information about the borough and its history. Some libraries offer meeting rooms and exhibition space for hire. We provide newspapers and magazines in a number of languages in all our libraries for members of the public to come in to read and relax. Lewisham's libraries also provide local information, community information, information on council services and tourist information. Find out more at www.lewisham.gov.uk/libraries
