If you have forgotten your Arena password then you can still sign in using your library card number and PIN. Alternatively you may create a new Arena account and link your existing library card to it, but be aware that you will no longer have access to anything such as your own Reviews which cannot be transferred from your existing account to any other.
If you prefer, you can contact your local library to request a new password or PIN but this may take a little time.
