Kingston Libraries  - Information, Learning and Leisure

There are seven library buildings in the borough plus the Community Library which visits customers in their homes. Library buildings are situated in Hook and Chessington, Kingston, New Malden, Old Malden, Surbiton, Tolworth and Tudor Drive.

Library hours are changing to those now displayed on the Arena pages.

All libraries offer books, videos, DVDs, CDs, spoken word cassettes and CDs. CD-ROMs are available in some branches as are books in other languages.

We have a wide range of reference material, which includes not just print resources but also online access. Library members can also access these online resources from home Full details are in our Digital Library.

All branches have computers with free access to word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and other office software as well as the internet. For details of computer access and training see Learning in Libraries

We have reading groups for adults, children and crime readers.

There are a number of children's activities weekly and in school holidays
